Veg stir fry

A simple stir fry which can be done quickly. The best way to make your kids eat the veggies. This colorful combo can be packed for lunch boxes too.



Ingredients:

  • Carrot - 1 cup, chopped
  • Beans - 1 cup, chopped
  • Cauliflower - 1 cup
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

Method:


Cut the vegetables in lengthwise. Heat the pan with oil, add cumin seeds. Add the chopped vegetables, pepper and salt. Cover and cook in a medium flame. Do not add water. 

Serve with rice or any type of breads.
