As the name refers it is very easy to prepare. This dry curry can be served with plain roti's or rice. Cauliflower is more tender than potatoes and hence should be added last.

In a pan add 4 tsp of oil add cumin seeds, after it splutters add onion. Fry for 2 mins then add potatoes and cook till potatoes are soft add cauliflower and the ground paste. Cover and cook for 10 min in simmer.

- Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 3 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
