Chats are everyone's favorite. I have had this green peas chat in my childhood days, on the road side shop. I don't know the exact name for this chat :)

Soak the peas overnight and pressure cook for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, grind ginger, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt and green chilles to a smooth paste. In a pan, add 2 tsp of oil and the ground paste and saute for 3 mins. After the raw smell goes, add the cooked peas. Then grind 3 tbsp of the peas with little water and add to it. Let it boil for few more minutes. Add lemon juice after it is done.
To serve, add peas gravy in a plate, then add all the veggies and sprinkle some sev and pani puri.
Note:
If you are using fresh or frozen peas, boil in a sauce pan till it is cooked.

- Cucumber - 1/2 cup(chopped)
- Onion - 1/4 cup(chopped)
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Sev - 1/4 cup
- Pani puri - 10
