Party menu - Indian

When organizing a party we are always confused what to do and not to do. We keep on changing till the date  comes. Getting together with family and friends will always be memorable with good food and talk.
Choose the menu that you have don't have to cut veggies into tiny one. If you are choosing, plan ahead and do a day before. Once your menu is planned....either in your mind or on paper, making a list for groceries is very very essential....this way you will not forget anything. This is the simple idea and change as per your taste and guest needs from here.

Appetizers:

cut

      Corn chaat               Tomato soup                  Veg cutlet

 

Main course:

roti

           Roti                        Peas pilaf                  Yogurt rice

gobi

         Gobi palak                Malai kofta                 Aloo gobi

 

Dessert:

carrot or

    Carrot halwa                   Mango kova


Serve the dessert with icecream.
