Homemade icecream - no icecream maker - no preservatives - less ingredients. Yeah you got it rite!!!! Unbelievable with the end result. So creamy and so easy. You can try any flavor with this base. If you are preparing strawberry, mango icecream, puree the fruit and combine. This is a simple recipe from a tv program, I made some changes and got perfect consistency. Try for this summer.....
Chocolate icecream:
Ingredients:
Method:
In a mixing bowl combine milk powder and powdered sugar. Add heavy cream and milk. Mix well in a whisk or using a blender.
Add vanilla extract and cocoa powder to combine. Freeze for one hour. Remove and beat through a hand whipper or electric whipper. Freeze again.
Continue this for one more time and freeze for 8 hours or overnite without disturbing. Serve with grated chocolate on top.
