On the Nutella day I saw lots of recipe on the blogging world. Want to try some thing with Nutella. This recipe was in a magazine from the Nutella company.
This is very simple to make and tasted heavenly.
Ingredients:
Method:
Using a electric mixer or by hand , stir together warm water, yeast, salt and a 1 tbsp of sugar. Rest for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup flour and butter; mix until blended. Add remaining flour and mix for 2 minutes.
In a large bowl spray some oil and spread the dough on it. Cover and keep in a warm place until doubled.
Preheat the oven to 375 deg F.
Roll the dough in a rectangular shape. Spread Nutella leaving the edges. Tightly roll into a log. Brush the ends with water, then bring together to form a ring. Transfer to baking sheet tray. Slice into buns, cutting partially through so the buns are still connected.
Brush with 1 tbsp of oil and sugar. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
