A very refreshing drink, served in summer cools the body too. The sweet-sour mixture, crushed with ice, not only quenches the taste but stimulate your appetite too. The added roasted cumin powder enhances the flavor.

Pressure cook the mango with salt and mint leaves for 2 whistles. After it cools down, blend together. If need strain it. Add sugar,Cumin powder with ice and serve. Add more water if it is too thick.
