Cheese rolls

A simple and easy bread cheese rolls. A perfect kids snack and they will enjoy to roll up too. Few minute wonders makes your kid happier :)


Ingredients:
  • Bread slices - 4
  • Cheese slices - 4
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Butter or oil - 1 tbsp

 Method:

Cut the edges of the bread. Using the rolling pin flatten them and top with cheese slice.
Sprinkle pepper on them. Roll the cheese squares. Heat oil or butter in a pan. Place the rolled bread on the pan and cook on the seam side down to secure them, until the cheese is melted. Roll them to get crispier on all sides.

Serve with sauce or goes well with soup.
