Asian guacamole

Avocado is a butter fruit - so soft and doesn't have any strong taste.  Mostly avocados are not cooked. They are twice as much as potassium as a banana. Most of them make guacamole but it can be used in salads, milkshakes and In desserts too. If you want to do in a different way try spinach avocado pasta.


Ingredients:
  • Ripe avocado - 2
  • Cucumber - 1/2 cup, finely diced
  • Onion - 1/4 cup, finely diced
  • Tomato - 1/4 cup, finely diced 
  • Cilantro - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Jalapeno or green chilly -1, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste

Method:

Remove the skin of avocado and mash it with the fork. Immediately add the lemon juice otherwise it will change the color. Stir the chopped onion,tomato,cucumber and jalapeno. Adjust the salt  and lemon juice.

Serve with chips or sandwich.




Note:

To check for the ripe avocado -  it change from a dark-green color to a deep purplish almost black hue.
