I was having heavy cream in my refrigerator, I want to use before it spoils. Then from scratch I thought of doing this.
In taste it was really like palkova, an Indian dessert. Adding mango pulp in this I named as mango kova. A very quick recipe and an easy dessert too. Try it....
Ingredients:
Method:
In a deep microwave safe bowl, mix milk powder, powdered sugar, mango pulp, heavy cream and microwave it for 8 to 10 minutes, making sure to bring out every one minute and mix thoroughly.
When adding heavy cream it always spill over, so keep an eye on it. Stop the microwave once the mixture is folding inside.
Allow to cool your dessert and serve it.
