Sometimes I love the have the natural color of vegetable even after it is cooked. So I tired doing cauliflower with green chilies and ground peepers. To say, the taste was different and my little one liked it very much and ended up eating as such.
Ingredients:
Method:
Separate the cauliflower into small florets. Heat a medium size pan with oil. Add cumin seeds. After it splutters add green chilly and onions and fry for 5 minutes.
Add cauliflower, pepper and salt and cover. Cook for 10 minutes in a medium heat or until cauliflower is cooked. Switch off. Add lemon juice and freshly grounded pepper.
