The baked potatoes is a best holiday dinner or family get together It is loved from the babies to old. Microwave are faster but oven baked are tastier.
Even the babies who has started solid food can have the baked potatoes with sour cream (no spice indeed).
Ingredients:
Method:
Wash the potatoes and wipe in a towel. Pierce the potatoes here and there using fork. Brush with some oil and sprinkle some salt on top. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until they turn soft on a pre-heated oven for 375 deg F.
Do not remove the skin. Cut the potatoes into half. Remove the pulp from the potatoes without disturbing the outer layer.
In a bowl, mix the potatoes, shallots, chilly, sour cream, pepper and salt. Take this mixture in a spoon and fill in the same potato skin.Top with some parmesan cheese and bake at 375 deg F for 10 minutes and broil for 5 minutes.
