Banana chocolate chip muffin

I am trying hard to post twice a week, but I cannot schedule myself. Eggless and vegan banana chocolate muffin is a wonderful breakfast or a snack for evening. If you are not a chocolaty person, avoid chocolate chip and add walnuts or any nuts of your choice.

Ingredients:
  • All purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Oats - 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate chips - 1/4 cup
  • Mashed banana - 3/4 cup,heaped
  • Oil - 8 tsp

Method:

Preheat the oven to 350 deg F. Grease the muffin pan lightly and line them with muffin liners and spray some oil on the liners.

Sieve all purpose flour,baking powder, baking soda and keep aside. Mash the banana using a fork. Add sugar and oil.
Beat it well with a whisk or electric beater. Combine oats and flour. Mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips. Fill the muffin cup 3/4 th or some space to rise. Bake for 15 minutes or until the tooth pick comes out clean.
